Real Leadership - How Santa Rosa Addressed Homelessness During the Pandemic

“The time has come, they said, to stop debating and embrace solutions.”

All of these cities faced the same crisis Chico has - increased visibility of homelessness and increased homelessness post-fires.

The difference? City leadership stood their ground and insisted on solutions. They didn’t gaslight. They didn’t try to make people more miserable by moving them along. They created a camps and they made them work.

It’s time to demand more of Chico city leadership.
