While we have long had a “community” tab on our Facebook page, it’s purpose is not very obvious and it’s seldom used.
Since one of our goals has been to foster conversation as well as organizing/volunteer opportunities, we’ve created a Stand Up for Chico Facebook Group as well.
The conversation is wide-open there - you can share information, resources, concerns, wonders, solutions and just about anything else that is on your mind.
We ask that you be kind to one another and if disagreements arise (and they surely will, even amongst relatively like-minded people) that you try to be respectful of others. Feel free to invite other like-minded or open-minded people to the group as well.
